By acceding to the unelected bureaucrats at Elmbridge Borough Council’s Civic Centre, the directive regarding the change of use class concerning Hersham Community Village Hall from community to commercial you have enabled the outsourcing of this hall to the impoverishment of an already stressed out and distracted community.
Did any of these make sure the hall was run, resourced, and maintained properly?
