Our money spent £650000 plus say £80000 for solar panels plus £35000 for roof windows = £765000 income 10 x £50000 =£500000 (index linked?) that’s a shortfall of £265,000 plus two years of rent free accommodation too the COVID testing centre it might have had the NHS logo but it was a commercial company.
